I am a Canadian car salesman with a passion for research, learning and cooking. I thought it would be a fun exercise to write about my culinary journey, share best practices, and hear from others on better recipes, techniques, dishes, tools, etc.

I will be trying out recipes from some of the best chefs around, help navigate some of the tougher steps, substitutions that work, pit falls, etc. and let you know whats worth trying out!

Everything from French, Italian, Southern BBQ, Mexican, Thai, Chinese and many cuisines I probably don’t know exist yet.
